“Mycroft and Sherlock: The Empty Birdcage” Book Review

This was another wonderful installment in this duo’s Holmes novels; I’m hoping they keep writing because I love these books!

This time, a family friend (and Mycroft’s secret love interest) from the previous novel is in need of his help, as her fiance has completely disappeared while working for the renowned and dangerous Vizily Zaharoff.

Meanwhile, people in burroughs all around London are dropping dead for no apparent reason. The only clue is a calling card left at each death: “The Fire Four Eleven!” Will Mycroft and Sherlock be able to solve these clues and come to London’s aid? One can only hope!
